He seemed to have a good attitude. I did have an issue where some spots were missed and he went "light" on the solution he used. He did redo some of the spots I asked, yet I did have thoughts and internal questions for the amount I paid. I also already planned to give a tip, for services, so wanted that 100 percent assurance. Hopefully those shortcomings are improved, because the quick scheduling and punctuality were superb.
