I was struggling to find someone who would be willing to try to remove a stubborn stain. Phil said it would be difficult but if I agreed, he would try. The whole room needed to be cleaned so we went for it. While quite a bit of the stain came out, it didn't all come out. He very kindly agreed to replace that square of carpet, even though he doesn't routinely do installations. It looks great, and the cost was more than reasonable. Thank you!
